Strange Foods in Vancouver's Chinatown: What is it?

Have you ever seen these foods before?

Hint: These are from Vancouver's Chinatown, Canada's largest Chinatown and the second largest in North America after San Francisco. Visitors often spend the afternoon wandering around in the stores, visiting the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, and chosing from a variety of restaurants for lunch or dinner.

This is a "real Chinatown" as can be seen by the Chinese food signs in the local grocery shops. Half the fun is guessing what the foods are.

Take a look at these pictures to see the variety. PICT1639ac Canada BC Vancouver Chinatown Groceries

I have no idea.  What do you think these food are?
